Hypnosis is an altered state of awareness where your concentration is focused on achieving the results that you choose in life. Hypnosis could be described as an induced trance or altered state of consciousness resembling sleep, with the basic principles of relaxation, concentration, suggestion, and repetition. The Hypnotherapist induces hypnosis by gently guiding you into a relaxed and trance state using imagery of serenity, calm and peace. When you enter this state, the conscious mind takes a backseat and the subconscious mind opens up to suggestions that are acceptable to you. Hypnosis can be beneficial in your life by opening up your subconscious mind to suggestions, you will be able to reprogram the subconscious mind to rid yourself of behaviors or problems you are experiencing in your daily life due to decisions you have made or actions you have taken.

Tremendous results can be achieved when the Hypnotherapist clears away negative emotions and limiting decisions with whatever the client has chosen to work on, clearing the mind of limitations, enabling the client to reach their unlimited, full potential.
