Hypnosis For Positive Change

What Exactly Is Fear?

  • Fear is a biological response to an internal or external stimulus.

    • A biological response. When you’re afraid, your body goes into “fight or flight” mode. Your heart rate goes up and your adrenaline increases.

    • To an internal or external stimulus. Fear can arise from within or without. Thinking about losing your job (internal stimulus) causes fear. Coming face-to-face with a grizzly bear (external stimulus) also causes fear.
  • What you’ll probably discover is that most of your fears are internally created. You are afraid because of what you think will happen rather than what is actually happening. What you feel is real but the circumstances you’re imagining are not.

  • When you understand the true nature of fear, it becomes easier to overcome. You are able to closely examine your anxiety and determine if there is any substance to it.

Change Your Biology

  • When you’re afraid, your body is ramped up, and it can be very difficult to control your thinking. When you dispel the physical effects of fear, it becomes much easier to dispel the mental effects of fear. So, how do you change your biology?

    • Exercise. When you work out, your body releases endorphins, which make you feel good. If you’re feeling worried, go for a brisk walk or hit the gym.

    • Do breathing exercises. When you’re anxious, you breathe rapidly, which raises your heart rate, increases muscle tension, causes dizziness, and more. Focus on changing your breathing patterns.

    • Relax your muscles. Use progressive muscle relaxation (PMR) – a technique for releasing muscles that have been tensed due to anxiety.

Eat and sleep right. As much as possible, try to eat healthy foods and avoid processed ones. Shoot for somewhere between seven to eight hours of sleep each night. ONLINE sessions available. www.UltraMindHypnosis.com

The unconscious part of the mind has certain dynamic qualities (not merely latent thoughts). It is the reservoir of inherent knowledge. It possesses intuitive power. It is the residence of inspiration, invention, and genius. When an idea is upsetting to a person it is usually forced into the unconscious and kept there by a process called repression. Change Your Thoughts, Love Your Life

There are a couple of different ways to induce hypnosis, including self-hypnosis and seeing a specialist. Here are some of the benefits of each:

  • Self-Hypnosis. You can practice self-hypnosis in the comfort of your own home. This allows you to get into a comfortable and relaxed stage more quickly and stay there for extended amounts of time. Self Hypnosis is easily taught.

The relaxation is a key part of being hypnotized, and there are many programs that take you through the relaxing process all the way to helping you accomplish the changes you wish to make.

  • Specialists. Seeing a specialist is a great way to start your hypnosis regimen. Having a professional guide you is a great tool. Specialists can also help with uncovering some of the innermost issues you might have and fix your problem on a deeper level.

If you have any questions, most specialists will allow a call to explain the benefits so you can get to understand more and shed any myths. The biggest thing to remember is you must feel comfortable and be open to their practices if you want to make a change.

Hypnosis depends totally on you. If you don’t want to be hypnotized or feel you can’t be hypnotized, then your mind will stop you. Without your comfort and willingness, hypnosis will not work, no matter what route you try.
